No.1: Los Caracolitos Restaurant, Salinas del Carmen, Fuerteventura

Los Caracolitos Restaurant, Salinas del Carmen. This is the first in a series of nice places to eat in Fuerteventura. These are not necessarily the places that serve the absolute best food, although they could be, but places that, in my opinion, either have a nice atmosphere, environment, and/or views.

Salinas del Carmen is easy to find as it is just a kilometre or so south of Caleta de Fuste immediately off the main coast road. Just look out for the signs to Museo las Salinas (The Salt Museum) and the village of Salinas del Carmen is right next to it.

It is primarily a fish restaurant, but it does serve chicken and steak too. The prices are about average, I would say, and you get the great sea view thrown in for free!

We had a nice cappucino with cheescake at your beuatiful place at 3-2-2018.
But I am afraid I forgot to take my blue shawl with me when I left.
Did you find a blue, with other colours, shawl?
We returned on sunday the 4the but your place was closed and we had to fly back on tuesday.
When you found my shawl would you be so kind to send it to me? Please contact me then.
